
VYPE: What grade are you in, and what sports do you play?
Fabiola: I am a senior at Enid High School, and I play soccer.
VYPE: Who is your favorite teacher from any grade?
Fabiola: My favorite teacher over all my years in school has been my fifth-grade teacher at Hoover Elementary, Mrs louis. She always pushed me to do my best academically and believed in me, even when I didn’t think I could at a young age. That support helped me get to where I am now and made me believe I can achieve a lot more than I thought.
VYPE: What teammate has left the biggest impression on you?
Fabiola: Although all my teammates have left an impression on me, I would say Myah Hessel, one of our captains, has left the biggest one. Through all her hardships, she has gone through the past couple of years. I haven’t seen her give up, and she continues to grow and push herself.
VYPE: What has your sport taught you that makes you a better person?
Fabiola: Soccer has taught me discipline, self-confidence, and working as a team. This has made me a better person on and off the field.
VYPE: What is your favorite part about representing your high school as an athlete?
Fabiola: My favorite thing about representing my high school as an athlete is that we always have supporters, and it’s an honor to wear our colors and show people how we can play.
VYPE: If you could have a superpower, what would it be?
Fabiola: I wish I could have super speed/ teleport
VYPE: What is your favorite dessert?
Fabiola: My favorite dessert is chocoflan or chocolate chip cookies
VYPE: What is your all-time favorite meal?
Fabiola: My favorite meal of all time would be my mom’s tortas
VYPE: Which professional athlete do you look up to?
Fabiola: Messi’s resilience and humility are inspiring. He’s faced challenges but always bounces back, and he stays grounded despite his fame.
