Kasiah Robinson is a big help for the Enid High School baseball program.
The mother of sophomore Aidan Robinson, who plays baseball and football, and seventh grader Reagan Robinson, who plays volleyball, participates in pom and dance and runs track, Kasiah volunteers for summer baseball concessions, which is a fundraiser for the boosters. She has also helped with booster fundraising events in other sports.
“The parents are the foundation for these kids,” Kasiah said. “Their presence and support lets the kids know they always have someone on their side. We donate our time, food, money, etc. to make sure the players have what they need to be successful.
“Volunteering is a great way to support our players and teams. Time is the easiest thing to give to a team. I’ve been able to develop a lot of great friendships working the concessions at David Allen [Ballpark].”
Also the mother of Ryan Robinson, Kasiah enjoys spending time with family, watching movies and playing Cue.
“Playing board games with competitive athletes can be very entertaining,” she said.
The Enid baseball team recently advanced to the Class 6A State Tournament after knocking out Jenks in a regional championship game on May 5.
